At Marley Collects, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. To ensure the security of our customers and protect against fraudulent activity, the following shipping terms apply to all purchases.
Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment being received. During busy periods, product launches, pre-orders, or promotional events, dispatch times may be extended.
Delivery Services
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Signature Requirements
Orders above a certain value may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.
Where a signature service is used, proof of delivery supplied by the courier will be considered evidence of successful delivery.
Photographic Delivery Evidence
Many courier services now provide GPS location data and photographic evidence of delivery.
Where tracking confirms successful delivery, including photographic evidence, GPS confirmation, or signature confirmation, Marley Collects reserves the right to reject claims for non-delivery.
Responsibility for Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Marley Collects cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, customers should contact us immediately regarding address changes.
High Value Orders
To protect both customers and Marley Collects from fraud, we reserve the right to:
- Request additional identity verification.
- Ship only to the billing address associated with the payment method.
- Require signature confirmation.
- Cancel and refund orders that fail our fraud prevention checks.
Fraud Prevention
Marley Collects reserves the right to cancel any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment providers, fraud detection systems, or internal review processes.
Orders may be delayed while additional verification checks are carried out.
Lost Parcels
A parcel will not be considered lost until the courier confirms it as lost through their investigation process.
Customers must allow sufficient time for courier investigations to be completed before replacements or refunds can be issued.
Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Photographs of the packaging.
- Photographs of the damaged items.
- Any other information reasonably requested to assist with a courier claim.
Failure to provide this information may affect our ability to process a claim.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order, customers agree that:
- Tracked delivery confirmation constitutes evidence that an order has been fulfilled.
- Signature confirmation, photographic delivery evidence, or GPS delivery confirmation may be used as evidence when responding to payment disputes and chargebacks.
- Customers should contact Marley Collects directly before initiating a chargeback so that we have the opportunity to resolve any issue.
Retention of Shipping Records
Marley Collects retains tracking information, proof of postage, courier records, and delivery confirmation data for the purpose of fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
